The "in stock" designations are frequently updated, and so should be accurate. I"ll call , usually within a day, if an item ordered shown as in stock is in fact not immediately available. In stock items paid by card will usually ship within 48 hours. Let me know if you need expedited shipping, and we'll go over options and extra cost. All listed prices include ground shipping in the lower 48. We ship lots of work to APO addresses, including those far, far away. For orders of two or more pieces that can ship in the same box I'll make a reduction in total cost to reflect the actual reduced cost. Those outside the continental U.S. will pay the difference between my cost of shipping to the West Coast, and to them. Shipping to the UK runs about $35-60 extra for the heaviest pieces, and just five extra for a ring box.

I do limited custom work. If you have a project in mind, send me an outline or give me a call. I can't generally do custom pieces as fancy as my off-the-shelf-line, but can make just about anything.

If you're not satisfied with an item , for any reason, you can return it at your expense for a refund of your full purchase price, minus my actual shipping cost to you. If an item should prove defective, you may return it at my expense for either a full refund or replacement, your choice. All returns should be made within 10 days of receipt.
